Hypnotherapy can be highly effective in alleviating the symptoms of most issues.

The subconscious mind is the seat of emotion. Most issues or undesirable habits /behaviours have been developed by the subconscious mind in response to some kind of emotional trauma, often from so long ago that it is beyond conscious recall. These subconscious behaviours or responses have usually been developed with a positive intent – probably as a protective or defensive mechanism.

The conscious mind is unable to connect the dots between the original traumatic event, and the subsequent unwanted behaviour(s). Even if we are able to connect the dots at a conscious level (assuming the trauma occurred within conscious memory), it can take months or years to achieve sufficient emotional release and resolution of the issue consciously.

However, when communicating directly with the subconscious mind, it is possible to achieve emotional release and resolution very quickly, allowing the person to reframe that traumatic event more positively, and go forward to live a far happier life.
